2. The homebuilder goes on the CoIO App and selects a design that matches the clients need and budget and places the order.

 

3. CoIO automatically adds the order of all of the prefab parts to its platform

Distributed Prefabrication

 The carryable prefabricated kit modules and the predesigned homes allow for a simple on-platform app transactions. Our specific proprietary model of distributed prefabrication is what makes the network platform model possible and keeps the costs low.

Blockchain Smart Contracts

A smart contract is an agreement, written in computer code between two entities on the blockchain. The transactions that happen in a smart contract are processed on and by the blockchain, which means they can be sent automatically without a third party and can facilitate the transfer of tokenized assets between the various users. This will lower our transaction costs between producers and consumers and user/owners on the Platform.
